Changes & returns are accepted as long as the special markings have been not removed from the product. (protectors, cards with special safety cord, labels)

In any case of either change or return you are required to complete the return form paper that it is included in your order and let us know the reason that you want to return the product.

In case you receive the product you have ordered and it does not suits you as a size or design, you can return it as long as the special markings have been not removed from the product (protectors, cards with special safety cord, labels). You have 1 month to return the product from the day you willl place you order. In this case the shipping costs charged to the costumer.

Return:

In case you receive a defective product or different from the one that you ordered, you send us back the wrong product and we will send you the right one as soon as is possible. In this case the shipping costs charged to us.
